Festival passes and tickets are not delivered by post but claimed on the spot in the form of wristbands.
The Four Day OFF Pass can be collected on August 2nd, 2012 two hours before any of the concerts is held or at the Festival Village provided that the pass includes a campsite booking.
In the case of an arrival later than Aug. 2nd, the pass can be additionally collected at the Festival's Main Gate at the Three Ponds Valley starting August 3rd, 2012.
Please note that the capacity of the Hipnoza Club is limited. Four Day OFF Pass and OFF Before Party ticket holders will be admitted to the concert by order of arrival.
All tickets and passes must be picked up in person, along with a photo ID (passport or other ID) and a printout of the order confirmation with you (check both you e-mail and spam boxes for messages from the Festival) or the Festival reservation number in the case of group reservation, each person for whom tickets have been purchased must be present at pickup. A ticket or pass cannot be picked up in the absence of the person for whom it has been purchased.
If you're planning to stay at the Festival Village, remember to buy the proper Festival pass with a campsite, regardless of the number of tents or people in a tent.
Details regarding the time and place of pickup will be announced on June 1st on www.off-festival.pl and sent out by e-mail.
