Suuns (CA)

Known up until recently as Zeroes (hence the name of their debut album, Zeroes QC), Suuns were listed among the top musical hopes of 2011 by nearly every critic. They haven’t let us down. This Montreal quartet has recorded an album full of amazing, hypnotizing sounds inspired by krautrock and shoegaze yet fully mature and original. We’ll soon find out if Suuns sound just as convincing live.
